Gild Hall Rental Rates
and Room Capacities

Upper Gild Hall
Wedding Receptions: $850
All Other Party Events: $795

Upper Hall capacity is 120 people for a sit-down dinner with 12 dining tables, buffet tables, bar, and dance floor. Twelve banquet tables with 10 guests per table is the best use of space. The banquet tables are 8 feet by 2.5 feet. The capacity for theater seating is 250 people (no tables). Click here to see photos.
Upper Hall measures approximately 47 x 44 feet (2,068 sq. ft.) plus stage 23 x 22 feet.
Lower Gild Hall and Bratten Hall
Parties and meetings: $320

Lower Hall capacity is 70 people. Lower Hall measures 33 x 28 feet (924 sq.ft.). Seven banquet tables with 10 guests per table. Bratten Hall capacity is 70 people. Bratten Hall is an open L-shaped room, measuring 35 x 15 feet plus 20 x 14 feet (820 sq. ft.). Seven banquet tables with 10 guests per table. Click here to see videos.
Backstage Gallery
Meetings and classes: $175
Backstage Gallery capacity is 20 people. Gallery measures 20 x 29 feet (580 sq. ft.).
Kitchen
Additional Fee: $100
Kitchen may be rented only in conjunction with a room rental. Kitchen is rented on a limited-use basis. Kitchen area may be used for re-heating food in the ovens and assembling food for presentation. Frying is never allowed.
Moonlight Theater
Additional Fee: $100
Moonlight Theater may be rented only in conjunction with a room rental. Seating can accommodate 150 people. If the ground is wet, bring plastic to sit on!
Set-up and Clean-up
No Additional Fee
The rental fee includes the Gild Hall Superintendent meeting with the renter, setting up the tables and chairs before the event, coordinating decorating time, and cleaning up afterwards. When the event is over, you just leave!
Damage Deposit
There is a damage deposit of $200 for Upper Hall rentals and $100 for all other rentals in addition to the rental fee.
The deposit will be refunded in full within 2 weeks unless damage occurred and/or excess cleaning was required.
Rental Times
Generally rentals are either for the day, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., or the evening, 5:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.. Arrangements may be able to be made with the Scheduler to alter the times to meet your needs.
Securing Your Date
A signed rental agreement and payment in full are required to secure your date.
